Send the packaged dimensions and weight of every bottle, jar or box, plus the intended layout. Include cushioning depth, upright bottle height and total packed weight. Ask Bamiva to confirm usable internal dimensions in the proposed specification; exterior basket measurements alone are insufficient for approving the complete assortment.
02Can wellness gifts include a liner or branded label?
You can request a liner, label or message-card arrangement for review. Specify dimensions, preferred materials, artwork and whether your assembly team will install them. These are discussion options, not standard inclusions. Feasibility, supply responsibility, minimum orders and added costs must be confirmed in the quotation before artwork or procurement approval.
03Can the basket handles carry a hamper containing glass bottles?
Do not infer carrying suitability from a product image or handle shape. Provide the filled hamper weight, bottle arrangement and expected handling. Ask for the proposed handle configuration to be reviewed for that use, and agree an appropriate approval check. Fragile contents may also require separators, cushioning and separate transport packaging.
04How should we plan for Christmas or another seasonal launch?
Share the campaign launch, required arrival date, assembly window and artwork readiness when enquiring. Include the delivery destination and requested quantity. Bamiva must confirm feasibility and timing in the quotation; no seasonal deadline is promised here. Build your launch plan around agreed terms and allow for your own packing and distribution work.
05Are the baskets suitable for unpackaged food gifts?
Do not assume suitability for direct food contact. Identify whether foods are sealed in retail packaging or will touch the basket or liner, and state the destination market. Ask what relevant documentation can be supplied for the proposed configuration. Your approval should address intended use rather than rely on the basket's appearance.
