A removable liner is a request to discuss, not an assumed feature of every configuration. State your preferred removal method, material and laundering expectations. Ask Bamiva to confirm attachment construction and care instructions in the quotation, then check removal and refitting on the sample before approving any washable-liner claim.
02What should our buyer check when reviewing the lid?
Review how the lid rests on the rim, whether it rocks or catches, and how easily it can be lifted or opened in the intended space. Record acceptable alignment and fit variation with the sample. Do not describe the closure as airtight or odor-containing unless that claim has supporting confirmation.
03Does the bamboo weave guarantee ventilation for damp laundry?
No ventilation performance is promised. Handwoven flat bamboo strips create a woven structure, but openings, liner coverage, lid position and room conditions affect the actual configuration. Review those details on the sample and request moisture-care guidance. Avoid claims about drying speed, mildew prevention or odor reduction without appropriate supporting evidence.
04Can customers carry a filled hamper by its handles?
